Sweet Melts – Blanc
Transform your pastry creations with Sweet Melts, a delicious covering with a white chocolate flavor, creamy and without a waxy aftertaste. Ideal for your cakes, drippings, decorations and chocolate moldings, they melt and pour easily for a perfect result. For a more fluid coating, you can add an oil. If you want to add flavorings or colorings, use concentrated or oil-based versions.

- Sugar (51%)
- Vegetable fats* (palm kernel, palm, shea) (43%)
- Skimmed milk powder (5.5%)
- Emulsifier: lecithins (0.5 %)
- Natural flavor (0.05%)
*Part of RSPO SG certified palm oil. Product containing sunflower lecithin.
Allergens:

- May contain traces of nuts.
Heating Instructions:
- Place 180 g of Sweet Melts in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Heat in 15 second intervals, stirring between each session.
- Repeat until there are a few unmelted pellets remaining. The residual heat will complete the fusion.
Conservation :
- Optimal temperature: between 18°C and 20°C.
- Relative humidity lower than 50 %.
- Produced and packaged in a nut and dairy handling environment.
